Statistics
Horizon Changes 
- Players no longer start with their corresponding nation's ring (e.g. San d'Orian Ring). Instead they are awarded upon completing Nation Mission 1-3.
Other Uses

How to Obtain
Cannot be auctioned, traded, bazaared, or delivered to a character on the same account.
