Cannot be sold on the Auction House or delivered, but can be traded and bazaared.

Instructions

• Obtained by touching the ??? along the bank of the river at North Gustaberg (J-8) and North Gustaberg (J-9) with no main or sub weapons equipped. Once touched, the ??? moves to another random spot along the bank.
• Note: If you already have a Siren's Tear, or have not unequipped your weapon[s] and shield, then you will receive nothing when you access the ???. It will say "The shining object slips through your fingers and is washed down the stream."
