Notes

Increases enmity by 10 and reduces Utsusemi cooldown, but impairs Attack by 15%. Reduces enemy Critical Hit Rate against the player. While up the ability lowers cooldowns of Utsusemi Spells. This reduction is a static flat amount that does not grant any haste or fastcast effect, instead changing the recast of ichi/ni to 35/50 respectively. then, haste and fast cast is figured into the equation. This effect cannot be dispelled. There is no decay to the bonuses granted. Does not Impair accuracy or Improve evasion. Cannot be used with Ninja as a support job. Reduces the chance an enemy can critically strike a Ninja. Does not enhance Ninja Tool Expertise like it did in era/retail.

Horizon Changes

Yonin is learned at Level 20 instead of 40, is modified to reduce attack by 15%, increase enmity by 10, reduce recast of Utsusemi by 10 seconds, and reduce enemy critical chance. It does not grant nor enhances the job trait Ninja Tool Expertise.
