Aliases: None
Usage: /yell
Description: Sends a message to all PCs within nearby zones. The message will not be displayed if a PC has their [Yell] chat filter turned on.

Notes

Rule XVII
Yell/Shout Rules. Both Yell and Shout are subject to the “Harassment and Hate Speech” rules. Additionally, you may only use yell for: (i) looking for group/in-game recruitment (including Linkshells); and (ii) commerce.
