Walkthrough

Talk to Enaremand at J-7 on the upper level in the Tavnazian Safehold for a cutscene.

Speak to Fyi Chalmwoh at G-8 in Mhaura (inside the Goldsmithing shop) for another cutscene.

Go to Jugner Forest J-8 and zone into Carpenters' Landing.
Go to the western part of I-10 where you'll find a ???. When you touch it, Bullheaded Grosvez will spawn.
After you've defeated Bullheaded Grosvez, touch the ??? again to receive the Red Oil.

Go back to the Tavnazian Safehold and talk to Enaremand again for your Mannequin Pumps.
