- 15% Main job, 10% when DRK is subbed
- The effect on delay is applied in the same manner as Haste (not on a separate stage like Dual Wield).
- The effect of this trait is considered "job ability" haste.
- Delay can be further reduced by placing merits in Desperate Blows Effect.
- The maximum amount of additional delay reduction gained from this merit is 10%.
 This difference from retail is the compression from multiple levels into 1.
