When active, user's attack is increased by 14.84375% (38/256) and defense is decreased by the same amount. This ability also increases Ranged Attack. This ability generates a considerable amount of enmity, and can effectively be used as a makeshift provoke to take hate from another player. This ability is enhanced by the Abyss Sollerets which reduce the defense penalty by 10% . The Abyss Sollerets need to remain equipped for this effect to remain active. Each merit placed in "Last Resort Effect" gives 1.953125% (5/256) additional attack and decreases defense by the same amount.

Horizon Changes

Last Resort's duration has been doubled from 30 to 60 seconds.
