Additional effect: Slow
- Activates on approximately 3-5% of all attacks.
- Additional effect can occur even if the target is already inflicted with Slow.
- Once the additional effect activates, the activation rate is increased for a limited amount of time (2-3 minutes). During this time, the activation rate is around 10-15%.
- On Earthsday, the activation rate is much higher, at around 50%.
