Misc Bug Fixes

• The dynamis goblin nm dice move which resets ability timers will now target players, not mobs. (Tiberon)
• Its very likely that charmed pets will stop beating their owners to death. (Tiberon)
• Reduced ix'aern (drk)'s hp by approximately 56% based on capture information. (Siknoz, Tiberon)
• Reduced ix'aern (drg)'s hp by approximately 35% based on capture information. (Siknoz, Tiberon)
• Addresses issue(s) where players were unable to complete the quest one good dead. adjusts fame requirement to match retail. adds appropriate title (deed verifier)
• Add rainbow cloth as an ingredient to bloody aketon. (Bliven)
• "enhances effect of spikes spells" found on duelist's tights now increases spikes damage (Nixy)
• Bully has had its retail mods removed (Frank)
• The relic Aegis will now have its proper magic damage reduction. (Frank)
• The 4 Camazotz in the basement of Fei Yin are now appropriately level 52-54. (Tiberon)
• Steamed Sprouts Domovoi which spawn at level 41 will no longer immediately uncharm when charmed. (Tiberon)
• The Diabolos Avatar BP Rage Camisado will no longer hit for 0 dmg. (Tiberon)
• Breath damage modifiers will now correctly impact the blood pact Nether Blast. (Tracent)
