Luminant spawn locations

Touch a Luminant spawn in Attohwa Chasm to obtain a Mimeo Stone (refer to the map on the right). You must then race up to the top of Parradamo Tor and touch the Cradle of Rebirth to obtain your reward.

Every ~1m15s to 1m20s the stone fades, the number of fades before you reach the top determines your reward:

0 Fades: Regain Feather (Grants you 100% HP, 100% MP and 300% TP)
1 Fades: Rebirth Feather (Reraise III)
2 Fades: Revive Feather (Reraise I)
3 Fades: Blaze Feather (Blaze Spikes)
4 Fades: Fire Feather (Enfire)
5 Fades: the Mimeo Stone will disappear
  • Note: The Nexus Cape cannot be used to obtain a Regain Feather. The Nexus cape warps the user to the top of the mountain if the party leader is already there, but the stone will "Grow dark and shatter" upon using the cape's enchantment.

Historical Background

The only reference to the name Mimeo is a very old machine that was basically a printer often referred to as the duplicating machine or ditto machine made by Tomas Edison. This may be a clue to obtaining the Regain Feather without teleport hacking.

In the lore, the Mimeo Mirror is one that allows it's user to see other's memories. Given the likely impossibility of legitimately obtaining the Regain Feather and the rumors of people obtaining it being jailed shortly after, this may be a bit of a fourth-wall-breaking self-reference. The developers can "see your memories" through this stone and which item you obtain from this mini-quest.
