Triple Attack

Occasionally allows the users attacks to triple.
- can proc only once per attack, but has a chance to proc on both hits if Dual Wielding.
- if rate is unadjusted, proc rate is at 7% from retail.
- subject to the 8-hit cap of attacks per round (see Multi Attack)
- Has priority in order above Double Attack.
- OAT>Mythic aftermath>Quad Att, > Triple Attack > Double Attack
