Walkthrough
- Complete Stirrings of War; this mission begins during its ending cutscene in Shararat Teahouse.
- Travel to Ru'Lude Gardens and approach the stairs leading into the Grand Duke Palace at H-7.
- The cutscene triggers automatically as you approach the palace.
- Speaking with Naja Salaheem while this mission is active provides additional dialogue but is not required for progression.
- The council cutscene completes the mission and begins Unraveling Reason.
- To continue Unraveling Reason, zone once and wait until the next Vana'diel day before speaking with Pherimociel.
