This permit authorizes the use of the runic portals in the Chamber of Passage.

Obtained:

You can purchase it for 200 Imperial Standing from Sharin-Garin at (L-8) in Aht Urhgan Whitegate.

Notes:

This is a single-use permit; a new permit must be purchased for each teleport. Necessary to allow teleporting from the Runic Portal in the Chamber of Passage to a Staging Point for which you do not have an Assault Order.
