Walkthrough
- Belgidiveau thinks the watergate may have been poisoned and asks you to get a counteragent for it.
- Head to Bostaunieux Oubliette and talk to Novalmauge and ask him to make the counteragent.
- He needs you to get a Dahlia first.
- Trade a Dahlia to Novalmauge and receive the
Neutralizer. - Return to Belgidiveau to complete the quest.
