• Lottery Spawn from the Mandragoras between (H-5 / I-5).
• Placeholders seem to be two different groups of two different Mandragoras, not sure if the group swaps on maintenance or not. They all spawn around Starfall Hillock.

Group 1 Placeholders are 1724866/1D2 and 1724866/1D3.

Group 2 Placeholders are 1724884/0E4 (J-5) and 1724885/0E5 (J-6). (These are the ones that I saw)

• • Tom Tit Tat tends to pop on the road where it turns north in (I-5)
• Has around 513 HP.
• Does not aggro or link to the other Mandragoras.
• Soloable by level 12 for most jobs.
