Enhances "Cure" Potency
- "Cure" Potency +1%
Enhances "Dia" Effect
- Increases the Damage Over Time of Dia and Dia II by 1. ie: from 1 to 2 for Dia, from 2 to 3 for Dia II
- Does not affect spell duration.
- Target's defence is not affected by the Dia Wand. Dia 2 gives the normal 10% defence down effect with Dia Wand. Confirmed inside Brenner.
