Notes
- There's a "regen potency" hidden variable, having 1 regen+ item equipped gives it enough to do +3 on regen 3; having 2 of them is a little short of enough to make it +6 on regen 3
- Without the relic body, the math ends up working out such that the Regen spell tier (I = 1, II = 2, III = 3) is added as HP/tick to the regen.Horizon Changes
