Horizon Changes

• This is a Horizon custom mob

• Appears on Map 3 (H-7).
• Opens the fight with Bindga and can recast it. Uses the same set of Scorpion abilities normally restricted to HNMs.
• Susceptible to Silence and most other debuffs. Fully resists Poison.

Notes

• Frank's level has been adjusted with the Anniversary 2024 quest. He is really mean now. Also twice as large.
