Description:	Lowers enemy's attack, defense, accuracy, and evasion. Duration of effect varies with TP.

Notes:

• Lowers attack (Water) and defense (Wind) by 12.5%.
• Lowers evasion (Ice) and accuracy (Earth) by 20 points.
  • Each debuff status is independent and takes priority over the lower tier Weapon Skill that affects the same thing.
  • Duration has three resist states, so "unresisted duration" is shown, "resisted duration" is half of that, and it is possible for the monster to fully resist.
