Notes/Description
- Chi Blast cannot miss, but Stoneskin will absorb it.
- This ability does not cause user or target to gain any TP.
- The damage output of Chi Blast is greatly affected by the MND stat.
- The damage output of Chi Blast was reported to be affected by the number of times a character uses the Boost ability prior to activation, on retail wiki. Testing is required to see whether this claim is accurate.
- It was also reported on retail wiki that the use of Boost while Temple Gloves are equipped will also increase the damage output of Chi Blast.
- Has a range of 18 yalms.
Horizon Changes
- Chi Blast now also removes 1 mob buff (Dispel). Testing is required to see whether this effect is random.
- Boost's effect on Chi Blast has need lessened from retail.
