Notes

The effect stacks with successive uses. Wears off upon attacking. May have a variable attack bonus. Testing has shown ~18!~19% while leveling, after level 20 at 100 att is doing even 20%. If correct the formula would be X=(Att*18%)+(player level/10)

Horizon Changes

Boost has a larger attack bonus of 20% , a longer recast of 30 seconds and a duration 3 minutes.
