Description:

This permit authorizes the use of the runic portals in the Chamber of Passage.

Obtained:

Purchased from Sharin-Garin in the Chamber of Passage for 200 Imperial Standing.

Notes:

Single-use. Allows travel from the Chamber of Passage to an activated Staging Point without an Assault Order. Runic Portal travel is unavailable while the Astral Candescence is held by the beastmen.
