Triple Attack

Occasionally allows the users attacks to triple.

• can proc only once per attack, but has a chance to proc on both hits if Dual Wielding.
• if rate is unadjusted, proc rate is at 7% from retail.
• subject to the 8-hit cap of attacks per round (see Multi Attack)
• Has priority in order above Double Attack.
  • OAT>Mythic aftermath>Quad Att, > Triple Attack > Double Attack
• Obtained at level 30 whereas it would have been 55 in era.
