Notes/Description While up the ability lowers cooldowns of Utsusemi Spells. This reduction is a static flat amount that does not grant any haste or fastcast effect, instead changing the recast of ichi/ni to 35/50 respectively. then, haste and fast cast is figured into the equation. Translates loosely as "Exposed (open) Ninja" This effect cannot be dispelled. There is no decay to the bonuses granted. Cannot be used with Ninja as a support job. Reduces the chance an enemy can critically strike a Ninja. Does not grant Ninja Tool Expertise . May enhance Ninja Tool Expertise .
