  • Floor( MaximumHP × 0.5 ) + Floor( MaximumHP × 0.01~0.2 ) + CurrentMP

Horizon Changes

• Convert has had its recast increased from 10 to 13 minutes.
• The group 1 merit Convert Recast Reduction now only reduces the recast by 12 seconds as opposed to 20.
