Statistics
When wearing the gloves and using Call Beast, they augment your pet with 3% Haste. The gloves do not have to be kept equipped.

Can be stored with a Porter Moogle using Storage Slip 06.
Horizon Changes 
- Haste +3%
for pets instead Causing pets summoned with Call Beast to be 0-1 levels below the Beastmaster instead of the usual 0-2. All pets currently are the BST level already.

How to Obtain
