Additional Notes: This functions exactly like Dispel, but it removes two effects instead of one.
Can also hit multiple enemies due to Area of Effect
- When used by Fenrir Prime this ability removes 11 (or all) beneficial effects (except Reraise) in an Area of Effect.
- Avatar's TP does not affect this ability
