Attestations are used in upgrading Relic Weapons from their third stage to the fourth. They are dropped from certain Shadow NMs in Dynamis - Beaucedine. In order to pop the Shadow NMs you need to obtain a pop item for that NM. The pop item is dropped from the respective Shadow.
Spawning the NMs
- You will need to obtain a fortune parchment pop item from the Shadows with jobs matching the NM you're trying to pop. For example, Hydra Monk, Hydra Thief and Hydra Ninja will drop pop item for Mildaunegeux, who uses abilities of all those jobs.
- Drop rates aren't great. Treasure Hunter is highly recommended to farm for these pop items.
- With fortune parchment in hand, trade it to the ??? to begin a fight with the Hydra Corps leaders.
Killing the NMs
Notes
An Attestation will always drop but not necessarily the Attestation you need, so it is highly recommended for parties to obtain additional pop items. The Hydra in the area have very high defense even at level 99.
