Adds a chance of additional lightning damage upon a successful strike, similar to Enthunder. The effect can take place regardless of whether maneuvers are active. The chance of activation and damage dealt is affected by the number of active Thunder Maneuvers (damage is unaffected by Magic Atk Bonus, but may be affected by the weather/day). As of December 2011 version update, Volt Gun's Enthunder effect is no longer level dependent, allowing it to deal higher and more consistent damage on high level enemies. Average damage ranges from 30-50 per hit without Maneuvers, reaching upwards of 100 damage per hit with 3 Maneuvers (both averages taken at level 99). The target's magic defense and lightning resistance will still affect the damage dealt.
