Runic Portals are an Aht Urhgan transportation system that allows players to travel between the Chamber of Passage in Aht Urhgan Whitegate and activated Staging Point portals.
Each Staging Point has its own Runic Portal. A player must first reach a Staging Point and activate its portal before that destination can be used from the Chamber of Passage.

Activation
To unlock a Staging Point destination, the player must reach that Staging Point and interact with its Runic Portal.
Activating a Staging Point's portal sends the player back to the Chamber of Passage. Afterward, that Staging Point becomes available as a travel destination from the Chamber of Passage.

Restrictions
- A Staging Point must be activated before it can be selected from the Chamber of Passage.
- A Runic Portal Use Permit is single-use.
- Runic Portal Use Permits are purchased from Sharin-Garin at for 200 Imperial Standing.
- Players who travel to a Staging Point using an Assault Order cannot leave through the exterior gate to the surrounding area. They must either enter the Assault or return to the Chamber of Passage.
- Players who travel using a Runic Portal Use Permit may exit the Staging Point to the surrounding area.
Temporary Launch Benefits
During the temporary ToAU launch restriction, participation in the Imperial Relief Effort may grant Staging Point teleport uses and affect Wildcat Teleport cost.
