Notes:
- The Notorious Monster spawns in the cave at (F-8)/(F-9) approximately 21 hours from the Time of Death. It is gray colored instead of the regular tan color.
- Will de-spawn rather quickly if enmity is lost, which happens even if a DoT spell has been used.
- Has Auto Regen of about 50HP/3 seconds in strength.
- Uses regular Worm Special Attacks, such as Sound Vacuum with Silencing effect and Full-Force Blow with Knockback effect.
- Can cast the following Black Magic spells: Stonega III, Stone IV, Quake, Rasp, and Bind. Will also cast Stoneskin absorbing about 200 points of damage.
- Will only cast spells when the character it is attacking is out of melee range.
- This NM is basically identical to the Phantom Worm in difficulty.
- Can be defeated by 2 characters at level 73+ and solo by various jobs at 75+. (see testimonials)
