Spawn Conditions Companions/Summons
  • N/A
Special Abilities Passive Traits
  • Will use Self-Destruct if it aggros before it is claimed while spawning.
  • If it aggro's and uses Self-Destruct, you will have to check the ??? again.
  • If it uses Self-Destruct before being claimed, there is no chance it will drop the Chandelier Coal. If it Self-Destructs before it is killed otherwise, there is a very minor chance it will drop.
  • Recommended for a thief with Hide ability to spawn the bomb. There is a 2-3 second window after cutscene where Hide can be used. Once hide is used, move a short distance away, and ranged pull the bomb. Doing so may cause the bomb to only use Berserk, not Self-Destruct.
Further Notes
  • Hits extremely hard and can double attack. A tank with shadows is highly recommended.
  • Any Stun-capable job is recommended for the fight.
  • If you fail to successfully claim him and he Self-Destruct's there you will have to wait 10-15 minutes for the respawn. You do not have to go back and check all the ??? again.
  • Refer to the quest page for more information.
