• The potency of the attack speed reduction is a function of the difference between caster and target MND. Two derived forumulae govern this and can be found below.
• The lowest potency is 7.3%, the maximum potency (at ΔMND ≥ 75) is 29.2%
• Partial resists of this spell halve the duration.
• Automatons will cast this spell under every Head configuration except Valoredge Head, maneuvers and attachments permitting.

Formula

If caster MND ≥ target MND:

• Attack speed reduction = 14.88% + ((Caster MND - Target MND) * 0.2)

If caster MND < target MND:

• Attack speed reduction = 14.88% + ((Caster MND - Target MND) * 0.1)
