- He spawns in 3 different locations: J-6, I-7, or G-7. This is in the Lilac Tower which is at H-3 in East Sarutabaruta.
- He spawns approximately every 8 minutes.
- When it's time for him to spawn, either him, Doppelganger Dio, Bomb King, or a measly Balloon will pop. So it's random. Balloon will pop more frequently.
- Killable solo at level 33.
