Whack-a-mandie

• Purgonorgo West Beach
• Invasive Mandie mobs spawns along the shore
• Strike them with a club hammer (obtained for free from Info Moogle on the North beach) to kill and receive points
  • Mandragoras without flowers are worth 1 point
  • Mandragoras with flowers are worth 2 points
  • Points can be redeemed at the Reward Moogle on the North Beach
  • Mandies can currently be killed with DRG Jump and MNK Chi Blast. This is considered an exploit, and GMs are punishing people for it.

NM Midgardsormr

• Spawns around H-10 in the center of the map
  • Timed spawn every 6 hours
  • Unclaimable
  • Frequently uses Poisonga II, Sleepga, and Breakga. Poison potions are recommended.
  • Occasionally uses Death
  • Midgardsormr can be stunned, and it may be prudent to save TP for stunning Weapon Skills in order to prevent Breakga and Death
• Speak to Reward Moogle on the North Beach upon defeat to receive:

  • Savage Top +1 (Mithra)

Racetrack Betting

• Speak to Racing Moogle during the betting period to bet on one of the four NPC racers
• On a win, you can double your bet (this is not nessecary to receive a HQ swim suit.)
  • If you have the NQ swim suit pieces from Whack-a-Mandie, you will additionally receive the HQ version on a successful bet

Goldfish Scooping

Goldfish Scooping is a mini-game that can be played during Sunbreeze Festival. It is a special type of fishing where your objective is to accumulate Goldfish Points by catching and trading these golfish to Special Event NPCs.

Locations

There are four locations where you can participate in the event. At each location is an NPC who sells event-related items and hands out rewards. Each NPC is sitting near the edge of a small body of water in which the goldfish may be caught.

Equipment

In order to start with the mini-game you need to get a Goldfish basket and several super scoops from the NPCs listed above.

• The Goldfish Basket is obtained for free by choosing the "I'd like a bowl" option.
• Super Scoops can be purchased for 100 gil each by choosing the "I want to buy a scoop" option, or in exchange for points obtained from trading fish (see below).

Equip the Goldfish basket in your Range slot, and Super Scoops in your Ammo slot.

Points

Trade goldfish to any of the goldfish scooping NPCs to earn points. Points may be redeemed at the same NPCs.
