- Active while Summoner is set as your Support Job.
- This belt CANNOT make avatars "free". No matter how much -perp cost you have, the avatar will always cost at least 1. However, additional refresh effects such as the Auto Refresh from Summoner sub job at level 25 will further reduce the perpetuation cost, resulting in a "free" avatar.
