How to Obtain
Cannot be auctioned, traded, bazaared, or delivered. 
Quest
- Check the Rocky Perch at (G-10) in Beaucedine Glacier (S) while on the quest Songbirds in a Snowstorm. Checking it again yields another, an infinite number of times, so long as you are on the proper part of the quest.
Note that any extras that you have left over -can- be used for normal fishing anywhere in Vana'diel.
