Notes

  • Timed Spawn on the island at **(F‑8)**.
  • Uses all Hippogryph TP moves; after each one it follows with **Hoof Volley** (hate reset).
 * “Fantod + Hoof Volley” can exceed 2,100 damage—Blink/Utsusemi tank recommended, or kite after first TP move.
  • Uses Soul Voice and high‑rank songs with noticeable Fast Cast:
 * Army's Paeon IV, Battlefield Elegy, Valor Minuet III, Knight's Minne III, etc.
 * Bring Magic Finale / Dispel to strip *Fantod* and songs—expect high enmity on dispellers.

Historical Background

In Filipino mythology (Iloko), a **boroka** is a cannibalistic witch with the head of a woman, the body of a horse, and the wings of an eagle—famed for devouring children.
