Inventory
When you start the game you can carry a maximum of 30 items. You can upgrade this amount to 60 through a series of quests. HorizonXI 
items added from WotG era in special HENM content drops, now possible up to 70 slots:

Mog Safe
You can increase the capacity of your Mog Safe from 50 to a maximum of 80 by completing the following quests. When each of these quests you complete, your Mog Safe capacity increases by 10. Each expansion also applies to Mog Safe 2.
There are three quests in total and each must be completed in order:
