Historical Background
Barone comes from the latin word baro, baronis that means warrior or freeman. In italian barone means baron, a title of nobility. Corazza is Italian for armor. Meaning that this armor is either Free man's armor or a warrior's armor. because of the dual meaning it can be surmised that this would be the armor of an Ex-gladiator, freed from slavery.
