Outlands

Once beyond the main nations' areas, and for the most part outside the main continents, there are regions of land known as the 'Outlands'. These areas are occupied by a variety of races, and adventurers are common in most, although not necessarily welcome. Quests which start in these areas are classified as being Outland quests, and the Reputation earned from them may well be credited to some unexpected places.

Some examples of Outlands areas are:

• Elshimo Island, which comprises of Kazham, Yuhtunga Jungle, Yhoator Jungle, Ifrit's Cauldron and of course Norg.
• Kuzotz Island, which includes Eastern Altepa Desert, Western Altepa Desert, Rabao, Kuftal Tunnel, Cape Teriggan and the Valley of Sorrows.
• Surprisingly, two regions firmly ensconced in the Li'Telor region on the continent of Mindartia are also classified as Outlands, They are The Sanctuary of Zi'Tah and The Shrine of Ru'Avitau. Since there are no quests which start there, it is unclear as to whether The Boyahda Tree is also classified as outlands or not, but given the foregoing areas, it probably is.
