Walkthrough

1. Complete Promotion: Private First Class and accumulate 25 rank-up points.
   • First-time completion of an individual Assault awards 5 rank-up points.
   • Repeating an already-completed Assault awards 1 rank-up point.
   • Abquhbah can provide a rough assessment of your current promotion progress.
2. Speak with Naja Salaheem on the upper floor of Salaheem's Sentinels at I-10.
3. Search for a targetable Warhorse Hoofprint in one of the following zones:
   • Wajaom Woodlands
   • Bhaflau Thickets
   • Mount Zhayolm
   • Caedarva Mire
4. Examine the Warhorse Hoofprint to obtain the Dark Rider hoofprint.
5. Return to Naja Salaheem at I-10.
6. Speak with her for a cutscene and your promotion.
   • Your PFC Wildcat Badge and Dark Rider hoofprint are removed.
   • Your accumulated rank-up points are reset.
   • You receive the SP Wildcat Badge.
   • You receive the title Superior Private.
   • Superior Private Assault missions become available.

Warhorse Hoofprint

At 00:00 Vana'diel time, one of the four eligible zones is selected and one or two Warhorse Hoofprints appear at possible positions within that zone.

• Hoofprints from the previous Vana'diel day disappear at 06:00.
• Between 00:00 and 06:00, hoofprints from both the current and previous day may still be present.
