Horizon Changes 
- Seraph Strike is now obtained at skill level 100 instead of 40 (switched with Starlight). Its skillchain attribute has been changed from Impaction to Scission. Finally, it has been changed to a hybrid weapon skill, allowing it to stack with Sneak Attack.
Levels
- Seraph Strike is only natively available to Paladins, White Mages, Geomancers, Warriors, Dark Knights, Blue Mages and Samurai. While other jobs can obtain the required 100 Club skill, they must use one of the aforementioned jobs as their support job in order to gain access to Seraph Strike.
