The following weapons and their physical weapon skills deal blunt damage.

Pets and Pet Abilities

Exceptions

  • Vampiric Claws - Melee attacks deal slashing damage.
    • Physical weaponskills performed using the Vampiric Claws will still deal blunt damage.
  • Birdbanes - Melee attacks deal piercing damage.
    • Physical weaponskills performed using the Birdbanes will still deal blunt damage.

Immune to Blunt

  • Metalloid Amoeba - Appears on the 1st floor of Southeast Apollyon
  • Ghost Clot - Appears on the 1st floor of Southeast Apollyon
  • Jailer of Temperance - Immune to blunt damage when its bars or when its rings are out.
  • Energetic Eruca - Immune to slashing and blunt damage. However, due to being a sub-class of blunt damage, it is not immune to hand-to-hand damage.

Special Notes

  • When used on Undead type mobs, the White Magic spell Banish reduces the damage resistance for melee attacks.
  • The Warrior merit job ability Tomahawk will temporarily reduce all forms of damage resistance that a mob possesses.
