- Lottery Spawn from the Riparian Sahagin located around (F-7) on Map 2 (past the door opened with a Silver Beastcoin) every 1-3 hours.
- The Placeholder is the single Riparian Sahagin that pops in the open room at (F-7)/(G-7).
- This room overlaps onto map 1, so it's technically (M-10), but you get to it from map 2.
- Riparian Sahagin respawn time is 16 minutes.
- PH ID = 0BA
- Will aggro players regardless of level.
- Uses Soul Voice at some point.
- Soloable at level 65 by most jobs.
