How to Obtain
- On Horizon, this Blood Pact is obtained through a level 75 solo trial rather than with Merit Points.
- Speak to Rahi Fohlatti in Rabao at (G-9), beside Agado-Pugado, to begin the quest.
- After defeating Garuda Prime, do not use the battlefield teleport. Examine the Wind Protocrystal again to learn Wind Blade.
Battle Strategy
- This is a higher-level solo version of Trial Size Trial by Wind.
- Be prepared to face-tank Garuda between summons. A portion of the enmity generated by Blood Pacts is inherited by the Summoner.
- Use Shiva against Garuda, as Garuda is weak to ice and absorbs wind.
- A reported successful setup for this series of trials used a Vile Elixir +1, a Hi-Ether +1, at least three Yagudo Drinks, and Tuna Sushi.
  - The Vile Elixir +1 did not inflict Medicated, while the Hi-Ether +1 did.
- Keep Stoneskin and Blink active throughout the fight.
- Summon Shiva, use a Blood Pact, and create as much distance as possible. When Shiva is nearly defeated, prepare to resummon and repeat the process.
- Aerial Blast has an exceptionally large effective range, reported to reach approximately 30–35 yalms, and may be used while Garuda is between roughly 40% and 60% HP.

Wind Blade is obtained by completing a level 75 solo avatar trial rather than through Summoner Group 2 merits.
