Assault is a Treasures of Aht Urhgan mission system in which small parties of mercenaries enter enemy strongholds to complete special objectives for the Empire of Aht Urhgan.
Assault missions are issued through the Commissions Agency in Aht Urhgan Whitegate. Players sign up for a mission, receive Assault Orders, travel to the appropriate Staging Point, and enter the Assault area through a Runic Seal.
Successful Assault missions award Assault Points, treasure from an Ancient Lockbox, and progress toward Mercenary Rank promotions.
Unlocking Assault
To participate in Assault, players must first become a mercenary for Salaheem's Sentinels.

Basic Flow
- Complete President Salaheem to join Salaheem's Sentinels.
- Speak with Rytaal in the Commissions Agency to receive an Imperial Army I.D. Tag.
- Speak with the appropriate Assault Mission Giver and select a mission.
- The Imperial Army I.D. Tag is exchanged for Assault Orders.
- Travel to the mission's Staging Point.
- Have one party member obtain an Assault Armband from the Immortal at the Staging Point.
- Examine the Runic Seal and begin the Assault.
- Complete the objective, open the Ancient Lockbox, and activate the Rune of Release to finish.
Imperial Army I.D. Tags
Imperial Army I.D. Tags are temporary key items used to sign up for Assault missions.

Assault Orders
Assault Orders are received after signing up for a specific Assault mission.
- All participating party members must have matching Assault Orders.
- Assault Orders allow free Runic Portal travel from the Chamber of Passage to the relevant activated Staging Point.
- Assault Orders do not allow travel to Staging Points the player has not already activated.

- Players who enter a Staging Point using Assault Orders cannot leave through the exterior gate to the surrounding area.
- To cancel an Assault application, speak with Rytaal and choose the cancellation option to return the orders for an Imperial Army I.D. Tag.

Starting an Assault

After reaching the correct Staging Point, one party member must obtain an Assault Armband from the Immortal sentry inside the Staging Point.
