Coeurls

Coeurls are large, leopardine creatures that can be found throughout both the Mindartia continent and Elshimo Island. These large cats possess two long whiskers that protrude from their faces, giving them a distinct, almost regal look. These whiskers can be charged with electricity, giving the big cats the power to shock and paralyze their prey.

Hunting them can prove to be a lucrative venture, the monster's hide of can be used by leatherworkers to make a number of items such as the Coeurl Jerkin Set, particularly pristine pelts being used to craft Panther Masks. The meat of the beast can also be used by chefs, and their aforementioned whiskers are a component in all manner of crafts, woodworkers especially finding a multitude of uses from them.
