• Lottery Spawn from a Goblin Leecher located in Beetle's Burrow around (D-11), every 10 minutes to 8 hours.

• Enter the (J-7) tower in East Sarutabaruta to reach Beetle's Burrow.
• The NM will always spawn inside the room beyond the Cracked Door at (D-11).
• The Placeholder can either spawn inside or outside of the NM room.
• Placeholder IDs: 87 (inside) and 6E (outside)
  • Placeholder 6E spawns near the south cracked wall. The other three Goblin Leechers are irrelevant.
