Superior Private (SP) is the third Mercenary Rank held by members of Salaheem's Sentinels. The rank is represented by the SP Wildcat Badge.

Obtaining Superior Private
Advance from Private First Class by:
- Accumulating 25 Mercenary Rank points through successful Assault missions.
- Completing Promotion: Superior Private.
During the promotion quest:
- Speak with Naja Salaheem in Aht Urhgan Whitegate to begin the promotion.
- Find and examine a Warhorse Hoofprint in one of the following areas:
- Examining the Warhorse Hoofprint grants the Dark Rider Hoofprint key item.
- Return to Naja Salaheem to complete the promotion.
Completing the promotion:
- Awards the SP Wildcat Badge.
- Awards the title Superior Private.
- Removes the PFC Wildcat Badge.
- Resets stored Mercenary Rank promotion points.
Assault Missions
Superior Private adds five Assault missions to those already available at Private First Class:

Previously unlocked Private Second Class and Private First Class Assault missions remain available.
Rank Benefits
- Base Sanction duration: 1 hours.
- If the Astral Candescence is not under Imperial control, the duration is halved.
- The following Imperial Standing rewards become available from Imperial Gate Guards for 4,000 Imperial Standing each:
- Access to the five Superior Private Assault missions in addition to previously unlocked Assault missions.
Promotion
To advance to Lance Corporal:
- Accumulate 25 Mercenary Rank points while Superior Private.
- Complete Promotion: Lance Corporal.
Completing the promotion replaces the SP Wildcat Badge with the LC Wildcat Badge.
